Neighbours are changing the building manager.

Flat owners are preparing a resolution to change the company that manages our buildings. We discuss the reasons in the WhatsApp group for flat owners, and you are warmly invited to join. How to join ↓

Who are you?

What this paper is

A proxy form in your mailbox

By signing it, you authorise a neighbour to cast your vote at the owners’ meeting on one matter only: changing the manager. You mark how they should vote.

It costs nothing. You do not have to attend the meeting, though you can, and we warmly encourage it. You can vote against.

How it works

Four steps

  1. Step 1 · You

    You sign the proxy

    At home, in 5 minutes. Every owner of the flat signs.

  2. Step 2 · You

    You hand it to a neighbour

    Drop it in the mailbox of the neighbour collecting in your staircase, or arrange to meet. Their mailbox number and phone are on the leaflet.

  3. Step 3

    Meeting and resolution

    November, with a notary. It passes if more than half of the shares vote in favour.

  4. Step 4

    New manager

    From 1 January 2027. The building keeps running without a break.

Renting a flat here?

Please pass this leaflet to the owner and ask them to get in touch on the number on the leaflet. Only the owner can sign.

Owners’ group

How to join the group

You will find the group invitation in kartotekaonline.pl, the system where you check your rent and charges. A few clicks are enough (the system is in Polish):

    Log inat kartotekaonline.pl, the system where you normally see your rent and write to the manager.

    Tap “Informacje” (Information)in the bar at the bottom of the screen.

    Scroll to 01.04.2026and tap “Grupa wspólnoty WhatsApp” (community WhatsApp group).

    Read the messageThis is the group invitation. Message the number given in it with your flat number and land register (KW) number, and we will add you to the group.

Call or text the number on the leaflet you found in your mailbox. We reply in English. You can also join the owners’ group and ask there (how to join).

Do I pay anything?

No. The proxy costs nothing.

Do I have to attend?

No, but you can, and we warmly encourage it. Proxies are only there so that as few people as possible have to spend time on a visit to the notary.

Can I vote against?

Yes. The form has boxes: for, against, abstain.

Not in Kraków?

Call the number on the leaflet and we will arrange sending it by post. Only paper with a handwritten signature counts; a scan or email is not enough.
